An identity check that runs on every release before you deliver it.

Every release gets a pass, hold or reject before it ships, with the reasons in writing.

Product

Every release, checked three ways before it ships.

A bad upload has three ways in: the name on it, the recording in it, or the account behind it. Stamper checks all three on every release and gives you a detailed breakdown of why it passed, held or got rejected.

What it checks

The nameDoes this uploader control the name?

It passes only on proof you have verified, never on anything the uploader can type.

The nameIs it a famous name in disguise?

Accents, look-alike letters and small misspellings of a known artist count as that artist's name.

The recordingIs it an altered copy of a famous recording?

Sped-up, slowed and similar versions of well-known songs, credited to someone else, are held.

The recordingAre the recording codes clean?

A code already used by a different recording, or a malformed one, is rejected.

The accountIs it on the fraud lists you already receive?

Checked at delivery, including new accounts that link back to one you banned.

Connect

One check, wherever it suits your pipeline.

In your upload flow

A call before each release ships, with the decision back in milliseconds.

On your DDEX feed

We read the DDEX messages you already send, so your upload form doesn't change.

As a nightly batch

Send the day's releases and get decisions back before your next delivery window.

Works alongside the tools you already run: account checks at signup, audio matching and streaming-fraud detection.

Integration details are shared privately during setup.

Services

No review team? We run it for you.

Software plus the people to run it, for distributors without a trust and safety team.

Setup

We load your existing artist and page records, so day one is quiet.

Managed review

Our team works your held releases under rules you approve, with a weekly report.

Catalogue cleanup

The free audit, extended to your whole back catalogue, with the fixes worked through.

AI-music check

Flags likely AI-generated releases and checks they're labeled the way Apple, TIDAL and EU rules require. Built on detection we've tested against real human-made music.

Custom AI tools

Built for your operations, like support-ticket sorting, takedown handling and metadata checks.

Compliance report

A dated report of what was checked, for your IFPI commitment.

Security and data

Your data stays yours.

Your data is never sold. We don't use it to train AI unless you opt in.

Metadata only

The core check reads release details, never audio. Audio is used only by the AI-music add-on, if you turn it on.

Account details arrive scrambled

Payout accounts and emails come as one-way hashes. We never see the raw details.

Your decisions, yours to export

Export every decision in bulk, any time. If you leave, they leave with you.

Deletion on request

Ask us to forget an upload and it's deleted, including from the index.

About

We measured the problem first. Then we built the check.

Stamper was built from research into how music gets misattributed: first how often AI detectors wrongly flag human music, then how releases end up under artist names that aren't theirs.

Tested before you see it

Real releases

Tens of thousands of real releases from major stores.

Reported cases

Every publicly reported fake-upload case we could find.

Simulated distributors

Whole distributors simulated end to end, from upload to review.

How we work

Proof for every decision

Every release gets a dated decision with its reasons.

Hold readily, reject rarely

Anything uncertain goes to a person, never an automatic block.

Only measured numbers

Every figure has a source. No accuracy claim until it's measured.

We never accuse

A hold is a question, not a verdict.

Book a consultation

A short call, then a free look at your own releases.

Tell us your monthly volume and how you deliver today. We run the check on a month of releases you've already shipped and show you what would have been held, and why. Then you get a written quote sized to what we found.

No integration, no change to your pipeline, and nothing to cancel if the answer is that you do not need us.
